Why I created this program

Most of us women have not been formally trained to be leaders, and have been left to figure out our own leadership style. This often means we’ve had to work around the “accepted” image of what a leader looks like — a model that isn’t natural for us and, in fact, has made us LESS effective, and perhaps LESS successful in our work.

I created the ATL program to address this problem in two major ways:

  1. Teaching the Comfluence™ mindset that allows people to bring in BOTH their strongest masculine and feminine qualities into their leadership style.
  2. Teaching the skillset needed for more effective leadership, i.e.,:
    1. How to activate the vision that will guide you and your team forward
    2. Leadership skills in time management, planning, self-motivation, communication with your team, and more
    3. How to build the relationships that will accomplish your vision
    4. Ways to handle setbacks and disappointments and to keep on-track with your goals
    5. The benefit of support and connections from fellow students and our team of experts

My personal “why” for this program is that I don’t want to see any woman with a fire in her belly to be blocked from success because of society’s mixed messages about how women are expected to behave as leaders. I truly believe Comfluential™ Leadership is needed for today’s women leaders to solve tomorrow’s problems!

Many women have been called to take a leadership role, inspired by a Big Idea or a vision for meaningful change, and knowing they have something valuable to offer.  Yet, they find themselves trying to model what they THINK a leader looks like, and like a round peg in a square hole, it’s not working. 18-session Leadership Training

Defined Outcome:
Provide individuals who lead "teams" with the necessary skills, training, and techniques to create and lead high-performing "teams" while deepening client relations, enhancing retention, and providing world-class solutions for their clients inside / outside the organization

On-boarding - 1:1 with Linda - Know who you are as a leader and identify the breakdown in your team so you know what to focus on, where to get support, and why it's important for you.

Module 1 - Time - Where is your time going? - Know why simple management of activities, meetings, and calls isn't enough to be a successful leader. Experience how to be fluid with time and accomplish more. 

Module  2 - Mindset - Reconnect to your heart and unlock the power of choice so you can clarify what isn't working, see what does work, and be flexible so you can achieve the results you want. 

Mentoring call 1 - 1:1 with Linda - Get the individual support you need to prepare for success

Module  3 - Define & Practice Leadership Style - Discover your leadership model and which skills you need to improve so you can utilize your natural abiliites to inspire your team and fulfill your mission

Module  4 - Begin BIG Vision - Find your true north so you always know the next right step to take to generate success.

Mentoring  call 2 - 1:1 with Linda - Get the individual support you need to take your business to the next level.

Module  5 - Create Your Mission Statement - Create a mission statement that tells your team and your customers EXACTLY what you do so everyone can move forward on the same page - beyond the elevator speech. 

Module  6 - Name Your Year - Give context to your goals for the year in a way that's clear, inspiring, and keeps you on track with a tangible and immediate sense of possibility. 

Mentoring  call 3 - 1:1 with Linda - Get the individual support you need to clarify your vision, mission, and direction

Module  7 - Leadership Bootcamp - To have the courage, confidence, tools, guidance, and allies you need to truly lead your team into the change YOU want to see happen. Experience how to activate your vision, gain important leadership skills, carve a strategic path to move forward, and build a team that will support you.

Module  8 - Integration - Know where you are right now, what you've accomplished, and where you're going - PLUS, get all your questions answered in this Mastermind-style class.

Module  9 - Clarify Your Message - Get clear on your message so you can express it in a way that others can relate to, so you can engage your audience and get your movement started.

Mentoring  call 5 - 1:1 with Linda - Get the individual support you need to take your leadership skills to the next level

Module 10 - Becoming a Resilient Leader - Know how to handle setbacks and disappointments so you can reset with resilience and find the benefit in the moment of disaster or upheaval. 

Module  11 - Communication Reset - Discover the triggers that knock you off-center so you can reset in any moment and effectively communicate with your team. 

Mentoring call 6 - 1:1 with Linda - Get the individual support you need to make sure you're on track to become everyone's favorite leader. 

Final Mentoring call - 1:1 with Linda - Final course review and debrief, to pull together your personal learning and accomplishments, and fine-tune your take-aways.
